- Fulton Harbor Pier - $5 per person, 4 poles per person limit, lighted for night fishing
- Rockport Beach North Pier - $5 per day or $20 annual pass, lighted, near Leggett Channel
- Rockport Beach Breakwater Pier - $5 per day or $20 annual pass, lighted, south side of beach
- Market Street Breakwater Pier - Free, lighted, convenient access
- Rockport Harbor Seawall - Free, easy parking and access
- Copano Bay Fishing Pier - Free, western shore of Copano Bay
- Goose Island State Park - Park Road 13 off Highway 35 North, shoreline fishing and wade access
- Little Bay Shoreline - Free, shallow water, excellent for sight-casting

Spring (March-May) - Speckled Trout, Redfish, Black Drum Best Baits: Live shrimp, croaker, soft plastics
Summer (June-August) - Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder Best Baits: Live mullet, shrimp, paddle tail plastics
Fall (September-November) PRIME SEASON Redfish, Speckled Trout (20-28"), Flounder (peak run) Best Baits: Live mullet, shrimp, topwater lures
Winter (December-February) - Black Drum, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout Best Baits: Live/dead shrimp, cut bait, small crabs
